Refund & Return Policy
I take pride in every single hand-painted piece of art that I create, and so want you to be completely satisfied with any product that you end up purchasing. Please go through the following refund and return policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Custom-Made and Hand-Painted Works
As all the paintings I sell are hand-painted and one-of-a-kind products, they fall into the category of custom orders. Therefore, I do not accept returns or refunds for such items, unless in cases of faults or damages, in accordance with the outlined policy.
2. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
I do not have returns or refunds due to a change of mind, nor for personal preference. The exceptions are in the following cases:
Damaged or Defective Items: When your artwork reaches you in a damaged condition or is otherwise considered defective-for example, if it does not resemble the description of the piece of work-you may notify me in writing within 7 days after receipt. This will then warrant a replacement upon notification in due time or provide a full refund for the lost/damaged piece.
Wrong or Misleading Descriptions: If the delivered artwork does not match the description or photos on our website, please contact me within 7 days to facilitate a refund or replacement.
3. Damage and Faults Notification
If your item is damaged or faulty due to shipping, then please do the following:

I will assist you in processing a return or replacement.
4. Cooling-Off Period
Under UK law, consumers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. However, since the artwork that you are buying is a customized, bespoke item, such a cooling-off period is not applicable unless it is found faulty or the item of supply is misdescribed.
5. Delivery Information
I am very careful with packaging and shipping every painting; however, if your painting arrives damaged due to shipping, then follow the steps outlined above to report this for a remedy.
