Addresses when a painting is being purchased, so that this can be delivered.

Payment details (including card or bank information for transfers and direct debits) when a painting is being purchased. This information is used through a third-party provider such as, but not limited to, Google Pay, PayPal, Wix Payments, etc.)

How long we keep information

We keep customer information for 6 months after your last purchase or interaction.

After 6 months, all of your personal data will be deleted or anonymized to protect your privacy.

We may retain certain information longer than 6 months if required for legal or business purposes, such as tax or accounting obligations.

To withdraw your information, simply navigate to the Contact page and fill out the form explaining your request for withdrawal. It is important to specify whether you want your information deleted, or if it is just a withdrawal from any marketing from Art by Erika Sharp.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Children's Data
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can take the necessary steps to delete the data.

If it is discovered that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that data.
